The access control of this file seems to be insufficient on Linux, and possibly on Windows. As I understand you are running jobs in parallel and each job is trying to login to azure. There is only one file for a single user on a machine that stores tokens viz. TokenCache.dat. When one job is tryng to login, it acquires lock on that file, as such another job running in parallel will not be able to access it. ADAL provides a default token cache implementation.
